Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Chelsea are very much interested in Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun, but a deal looks impossible with the clubs nearly £25m apart in valuation.
Chelsea want to sign him for around £45m, while the Gunners have quoted their London rivals £70m.
£50m is the valuation for clubs abroad or not direct rivals. Arsenal want similar numbers to what they paid for Kai Havertz.

Did they keep the receipt for Havertz?mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 4:45 pm| FOLARIN BALOGUN UPDATE

Tell them they can have Balogun on a free if they take Havertz back with him.

Mavropanos signed for West Ham, with us getting up to £5m from the sell on clause.
As their move for Maguire hit the buffer I thought they might turn to Holding instead, would have been a decent move for him, not having to move house, get a decent amount of playing time.

I have given my manure supporting buddies no small amount of stick over the disgraceful treatment some utd fans gave maguire (booing him during games), but make no mistake maguire has royally stitched them up here

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Hopefully Chelsea find themselves in the same position with some ( all ) of their signings, as some are bound to not work out, but on 6,7,8 year deals can just sit tight and count the moneyaugie wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 7:58 pmStuart L (2) wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 7:51 pmMavropanos signed for West Ham, with us getting up to £5m from the sell on clause.

Pavard would have been a great signing for them but they havent got a pot to piss in (partially due to overpaying on their latest woman beater winger from ajax), so now they are powerless as he signs for inter milan instead cos maguire refuses to leave
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
It'll be interesting in 3-4 years time to see how Chelsea fair with their long term contracts. The players are bound to become restless and want out if they're not playing. Hope they have as much trouble as poss, filthy stinking club.

Nope. One augie on here is enough.

It stands for "Bastard". As in Old Dirty Bastard, which was my rap name when I did the drive by on MC Quartzy Jizzle.

I've said too much.
