Because the finances of all the regular Prem Teams are now so far beyond any of the teams in The Championship, the gap in quality etc is going to widen with each season and year, to the point where those managing to get promotion to the Prem will only succeed if they can survive for the first 5 - 6 years and gain the same levels of finances and so invest in better quality.
