Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'll say it now, lpool won't win the league, both us and cheaty will be above them.

Some of you guys remind me of the French, surrender monkeys.

It's fucking November :?

Cheese inhaling fuckers!

But yeah, I agree. I think cheaty will buy the title in January, and we will finish second ahead of the victims*, not because we are so great but because they are not that great and a proper run of tough games will bring them down.

Having said that, much if it also depends on us. We literally could finish anywhere from second to fifth, depending on injuries. Our firm is so inconsistent and our squad paper thin. I'm being positive and saying second. But we'll see.

West Ham boss Julen Lopetegui banned from the touchline against Arsenal after picking up his third yellow card of the season.

I imagine the press will be telling us that he's out of control and a disgrace to the game. Can't imagine there'll be double standards at play at all.

Flicked it on for 10 mins and the first thing I saw was the assistant nonce in the technical area trying to make himself look important. What fucking parasites those 2 are.

What the fuck is it with modern assistant managers and their fucking need for attention nowadays?

Whatever happened to the quiet professional assistant manager/reserves team coaches, that hung around in the background and just quietly got on with their job? Remember greats like Pat Rice, Don Howe, Theo Foley and Geordie Armstrong.

As much as it’s amusing to see them throw away a 3 goal lead, that’s my worry too.

Think a Liverpool win would give them too much confidence and momentum so for once would want city to win. I had been convinced city would do their usual and win the last 15-20 games in a row but not so sure now!
