As it is nobody is talking about the case anymore, the last I heard the verdict was expected in February and since then crickets.

Have they deliberately tanked the season to take the heat off? Will they announce the verdict in the summer when they’re away at that World Cup bullshit so it all blows over by the time the season starts again. All very fishy for sure.

As I said about all this FFP nonsense when it was first dreamt up, you'll catch a few sprats but you'll never catch the big fish. Its legally unenforceable and fundamentally flawed at all levels. Keep making the rules up and these guys will carry on employing the best accountants and lawyers to find loopholes and challenge its legality all the way through the global legal system
