As the voice of reason....or was that the miserable bastard  ....I'd suggest we wait and see a bit longer before getting carried away.

He has been poor all season until very recently and I was wondering during the R Madrid QF whether European football might suit him better than the hurly burly, hectic rough-house of the PL, where you don't get a second on the ball.

Let's hope he's made a definitive step forward and will carry on as an improved and improving player, but I think we need a little more evidence yet. Even if he does carry on in an improved manner, we still need a top quality centre mid this summer and the top quality CF we've been crying out for.

Yes hes looking more confident, great touch for the Martinelli goal ....but definetly the voice of reason Retro

we need quality replacements in the summer, a striker and a midfielder desperately needed....

Missed him last night , we had nothing in midfield Odegaard ran a lot and created nothing and Partey just kept giving the ball away.

Yep, all the usual stuff really. To be honest, with all due respect to the bloke, it comes to something if people feel that we missed Merino.
