We have become a Laughing Stock with the way we go about doing business...Unless Berta can Change the Culture of the Club and How it has been doing business since TOF was in charge, then all this SHIT!

If he goes to the chavs, I think it'll be game over for Arteta in the eyes of the supporters. No serious club would even consider allowing their most exciting young player to leave for a rival.Limerick Gooner wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 10:09 amAll this stuff fed to the press about his contract is to give the club an excuse for him leaving.

The mentality of the club has never really changed. We're never prepared to take the steps we need to take in order to achieve success and then truly dominate. One big money signing every decade then a procession of average players brought in who aren't good enough when it matters. It will never change.Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 10:22 amPerryashburtongroves wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 10:18 amIf he goes to the chavs, I think it'll be game over for Arteta in the eyes of the supporters. Yep, that's about it. As you say, it's never been any different.
Well, it might have been different back in the 1930s, but we'll have to ask DB about that.![]()
