Naturally, being charged with a crime does not mean automatic guilt - without a trial and a guilty verdict it’s best not to automatically assume (for legal reasons for the forum) guilt.

I hate being in position of having to defend the cone boy, but bashing him for playing partey when no charges had been filed is ridiculous imo - in most civilised countries (bar trumps america ) there is a presumption of innocent until proven guilty, so how can the club legally punish an employee before the courts have even charged him ? He is no longer our player and no longer our concern thank god - I dont give a fcuk if they lock him up and throw away the key, or if they execute the gun in the middle of london cos he is no longer our issue
