I don’t think the fishmonger where you live has a column in The Daily Mail.rodders999 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 09, 2025 9:48 amOther than down the fishmongers bruv.Limerick Gooner wrote: ↑Wed Jul 09, 2025 8:38 amIt has.rodders999 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 09, 2025 8:35 amHasn’t been reported anywhere that either deal has collapsed.

I think it may now be that one agent contacts another... wink, wink, nudge, nudge say no more etc....mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 08, 2025 7:42 pmOn a side note ,I thought that teams couldn't contact players without permission from their clubs, tapping up it used to be called ,or has that stuff all gone out the window.

What is interesting is that there are some posters (on here) who seem to think it is more important (for them) that they be proven "Right or Correct" in what they claim than what actually benefits The Club.
Some kind of "Bragging Rights" because they forecast a certain transfer would or wouldn't happen (Not! You McD...)
I remember when there was a Right nasty Cũnt used to come on here, I think Rodders recently referred to him as Bobby Penis... And let's be honest if Rodder's takes exception to someone, then they really must be one Nasty Piece of Work.
The same prick used to claim he lived in some kind of Village and knew all the goings on with regards Players, Transfers and Who the Club were Signing or Selling...I remember when he first came on here, that he claimed to be a Season Ticket holder and used to laud it over others who were unable to get tickets for a game and make fun of them..He thought that was Funny to rub it in their noses.... What an Absolute Prick eh!? I know when he was eventually Banned for being a Racist there were quite a few people happy to see the back of him and all his lies.
It's nice to know he's no longer on here.

Dont take the bait rodders - nowhere is it reporting that either deal has collapsed. There are reports that negotiations are ongoing and/or at an impasse over how much of the fee is guaranteed (in gyokeres case), but no deal has collapsed. I'd say both deals are almost certain to go through cos both players are insisting that they want to join, and that severely weakens the position of their current clubs. I will add though, that according to a portugese journo on ssn last night, the fee for gyokeres seems to be agreed except that sporting want the guaranteed bit to be €5m higher (that's euro's not sterling) and the add on's to be €5m less, and AFC want it the other way around - honestly wtf is going on where such a small amount can cause this impasse ? If the club rates him enough to try to buy him, just pay the extra guaranteed and close the deal ffs, but by same token if they are not sure then dont buy him cos the difference we are talking about is tiny ffs

it was obvious there were issues, with the player supposedly offering to take less money.....no one knows if its finished but that berta guy must take some of the blame...hes reportedly an arrogant bloke....not unusual for italians with money
(normal Italian folk as good as gold i have to add)
hope they get it done we desperately need a striker/goalscorer.....

Arsenal make contact with Chelsea over move for Noni Madueke.
Clubs are now in talks after the winger agreed personal terms on proposed 5-year contract.
No deal yet but the player is prioritising Arsenal above any other interested sides.
