what I should have said was "on the day that tickets go on sale to red members..." which is always one month before the match is to be played (today for the wigan game). That day there are always the £46 and £42 available. Usually they dont sell out for a day or two. Also today there are lower tier tickets available which is rare for red members. Wigan obviously haven't taken their full allocation so half the away section (closer to the goal) is on sale to arsenal fans for £32.
