Robinho To City!!!!!!!!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

News just in! Darius Vassell has just been moved into city's first team squad to be Robinho's boot boy.... what an odd-ball strike partnership that would be

Don't really see this as any different to us signing Nasri tbh.

Yeah all they did was sign the new SWP or the brazillian Arjen Robben, he'll never stand up to the physicality of the EPL, rather have Nasri anyday.

Spare a thought for Shaun Wright Phillips - he couldn't wait to leave the chavs because they just keep buying players every time things don't go there way so he rejoins citeh as no such problems there..... DOH!

This is truly

This guy who now owns City says he's as rich as Abramavich - or richer.

Talk is cheap but Robinhio wasn't/isn't.

I think we might be safe this season.

But next season, if Hughes blitzes the transfer market the point is that five into four don't go !

I wonder if Wenger, Hill-Wood and Fizman can work that one out ? :banghead:

Did you see the look on Robinho’s face on TV this morning? All I can say is that the money must be bl**dy good. For all the money about to come there way, this is still Man City we’re talking about…..and maybe that was just dawning on him!

And a big pot of cash doesn’t necessarily make them any good, as so many clubs have already found! Remember, Chavski for all their millions won nothing last season !!!

Oh right, so robhinio has proved himself in english football, no he hasn't, neither had Nasri. Robinho is vastly overated, he's a name and thats all. New SWP and Arjen Robben? don't kid yourself. SWP is a better player , thats the real good signing for city.
