Liking this ALOT!!!xDAVEYx wrote:just get thousands made up with 'TRUTH?' in white on red and dish em out at the block entrances, hold em up when the club deafen us with the wonder of you bollocks
Doesn't feel like the Arsenal way of doing things but enough is enough. I started the day out all optomistic but the more i read and the more garbage they are spouting on the official website the more i am getting p*ssed off.
Us fans make they club - its about time our voice was heard!!!

This is my point exactly. Wearing t-shirts or holding up banners at the game is to some extent defeatest.xDAVEYx wrote: without the fans there is no club, thats what needs to be shouted about
Nothing will say it more than an empty stand.
Losing block 6 for a half would be the most dramatic with the least amount of people. More than that would be excellent.

Its more about a culmination of factors.
- the club not spending enough in the transfer window despite selling
players all summer
- the constant spin from the club about its financial state, or lack of it
- The apparent lack of commitment to the footballing future.
- the treatment of fans.
- extortionate ticket prices
- contradicting themselves by not allowing, flags, banners when they are allowed in other grounds, and even the same ground for other evens such as the Brazil Sweeden game, and bruce springstien.
- no standing allowed even tho it is allowed for 'other' events.
- no drinking in site of the pitch, even tho the newcastle chairman is shown drinking on tv with no repucursions.
- and just generally treating us fans like they dont need us, when it is us that made them what they are.

thanks some of these factors are not Arsenal related and other pointless.
the constant spin from the club about its financial state, or lack of it
- We've been told that we're in good stead. Arsenal Holdings have the debt of the Stadium loan and also the sale of Highbury Square.
Arsenal Plc (the club) is a separate company and we've been told there is money if Arsene wishes to spend it. It's believe to have been kitty of £70m but that includes transfer plus the contracts attached to those new transfers. Also I believed that the kitty also allows for excisting contract renewal such as Ade's recent pay raise.

The reason why I changed the order is that the above answers this. This is soley down to Wenger.
The apparent lack of commitment to the footballing future.
Not sure what you mean here? Wenger bought a host of youngsters which unrealistically means we could not buy for several years and still be in good shape.
Extortionate ticket prices
No different to any other football club. Let alone other forms of 'entertainment' such as pop concerts and theatres etc...
contradicting themselves by not allowing, flags, banners.
Okay, you've got me on this one as I've got no idea
no drinking in site of the pitch, even tho the newcastle chairman is shown drinking
That annoyed me a lot. But I've hear he was warned and what we've seen on TV is him quickly drinking up after his telling off. There's probably a steward just off the screen waiting for him to leave for the concourse but he decided to neck it quickly rather then move.
I would agree a much better form of communication could be the problem. But you can join the AISL or Redaction who meet regularly (i believe) with the board to answer any questions.
So it only looks like the Flags is the issue?
If so, sorry but I'm not with you on that one.
But still not worth a protest.

I do feel that Nike & Arsenal could comunicate there ideas before release.and completely undermining the heritage of the club.... red sleeves anybody?
But still not worth a protest.

sorry missed out the standing issue.
Standing at Football matches is guvened by law (The Chief Justice Taylor report) after the events of Hillsboro.
Which is why you can stand at your Seat in the Emirates for Bruce Springstein but not an Arsenal match.
Its a football thing which I don't agree with and there are National action groups to bring back standing. (NOT TERRACING! - there's a difference)
However, the point is that this is something which all clubs, including Arsenal, have to adhere too.

comparing football to the theatre or pop concert is what has ruined football and took it away from the working class's,
it is not meant to be theatre, its football and football is about winning trophies and wanting your team to do well, football belongs to the fans and its about time it was took back
