Should Gallas have spoken out?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He really is a complete *word censored* isn't he. Not only can he not string 2 decnt games together he now qualifies as the worst captain I've seen at our place over the last 30 years. Why he has to give the meeja another excuse to kick us christ only knows, I;d love to see Wenger drop him but there's more chance or seeing rocking horse shit. :banghead:

Gallas Quote....

Asked if he would leave the club if Arsenal does not win the title, Gallas kept his options open.

"We will have to see. We don't know what will happen between here and then," he said. "For me the title is not over, it's true that we are nine points behind Chelsea, but you have to be optimistic and you can't give up.

If hes under contract then HE will have to wait and see :banghead:

Bang on. I'd rip the fucking armband off through his poxy whining little bitch arm if it was up to me. Worse captain than even sulking THBW14... :banghead:

Would love to have the time to figure out who he's refering to here, he gives a couple of clues;

"One incident this season greatly upset the France defender.

"When, as captain, some players come up to you and talk to you about a player ... complaining about him ... and then during the match you speak to this player and the player in question insults us," Gallas said. "There comes a time where we can no longer comprehend how this can happen."

Gallas would not reveal the player's name, although he said the incident occurred during an attacking phase of play.

"I am trying to defend myself a bit without giving names. Otherwise I'm taking it all (the blame). It's very frustrating," he said. "I'm 31, the player is six years younger than me
."

Anyone want to play detective?? :-P

Okay I'm not overally a fan of Gallas and some of his comments but the big thing I've noticed with this is that he is mearly a spokes person (as a Captain) at saying there is unrest within the team
"When, as captain, some players come up to you and talk to you about a player...complaining about him... and then during the match you speak to this player and the player in question insults us,"
Someones upsetting the balance and team spirit.
"I am trying to defend myself a bit without giving names. Otherwise I'm taking it all (the blame). It's very frustrating," he said. "I'm 31, the player is six years younger than me."
So the player in Question is 25 if Gallas and his maths and knowledge of his team mates ages are correct. Now Gallas is very clever or stupid here but he's basically hinting at who the 'player' is.

RVP is 25.
However, my guess and not far behind, at 24, is Adebarndoor. :banghead:

I got this from the '1st team' stats on Arse.com.
but what is the orders about. Not Alphabetical, not age and nor Squad number??
