Usual thread starter – good to see these finally in place, and in fairness, well done to the club for accommodating them. Great reminders of glorious times. Let’s hope for more this season, eh?

Gooner.Ed i was there on tuesday with my little brother and he actully spotted them before me
he's only 5 anyways he rememberd them from highbury he also has a picture of them. I have explained what they mean and i teached him the songs
(My mum wasn't pleased) so he sort of knows what they are about
I just relised i have totally derailed from what i was going to say
I was going to say great to have them back and will they flash them up during the Premier League games??
I would prefer the ones from Highbury they could go on each corner of the upper tier where there is space between the dates of the years we have won trophies

This may not be one of the banners there but here's an example of where each off the banners could go (WHL 71, Anfield 89, OT 02, WHL 04)
It's an idea i've had for a while since they have been placed in a E version which looks crap
While a lasting truibute was at Highbury (though it wasn't really lol) now it an Ad with no meaning (in a way) which only comes around every 5 mins (even more) which no one will hardly see due to glueing there eyes on the Arsenal
Maybe even put it on the corners rather than on the roll of honours bit but what do you's think?

They probably won't want it on the tiers because it will cover up the adverts or the trophy cabinet.stats wrote:

I wouldn't mind it bein on the electronic things. but the best way to do it would be to have it on constantly in 2 opposite corners. then everyone could see it, and they could still advertise.
