You are basing this on what exactly ?? If you were on here all summer then you would know that the vast majority on here knew that we were in trouble going into this season with the squad we have but wenger thought otherwise. For the last 2 seasons the world and its mother could see that gallas and kolo was not a successful partnership but again wenger couldnt see that For the last 12 months or so nearly every football fan in the country, but especially us Gooners, could see that picking gallas as captain was a shocking decision and it needed changing but of course one man didnt see it that way.......wenger himself. Can you see a pattern developing here which totally contradicts your little statement saying that wenger is more aware of what is going wrong than anyone ?
Wenger has been a great great servant to this club in the past and could well be in the future too and given a choice 99.9% of Gooners everywhere would rather have future success under wenger than anybody else. However that doesnt blind most of us to the failings in wenger and they are becoming more with each passing day and people like you who blindly defend the indefensible are only fooling themselves
I am being antagonistic and I don't mean to wind people up. But it is because I am frustrated at the get Wenger out attitude that seems to be rearing it's ugly head. Not just on here but at games and in the fanzine.
The point I was making about Ferguson is that he has also had a period without success in recent memory and has since gone on to win the league twice and the European cup. There is no reason to think Wenger won't go on to do the same with a few additions to the current squad.
I wouldn't disagree with you about the FA cup final. But to try and indicate it's Wengers fault we lost the Champions League final for fielding Lehmann who had broken the record for clean sheets in the champions league that season is ridiculous.
Lastly Wenger is trying to rectify things, he has just replaced his captain. Admittedly later than maybe he should have done but he has taken action to try sort our current form. Wenger is not burying his head in the sand.
Most club fans would find it ridiculous that Arsenal fans are talking like this because even they are aware that Arsene knows. More of us should realise that as well.

Im sorry mate thats ridiculous, almost laughable Arsene doesnt know everything if he did he wouldnt have made Gallas captain for a start as he has been a disaster waiting to happen from day 1. I think Wenger will go down in our history as the best ever manager one day but this ARSENE KNOWS bollocks should be dropped he doesnt always know he makes mistakes the same as anyone else and one day it will be his time to go lets hope he sorts things out soon and his departure will be years away

Must be 4th or higher. The club has the money and the influence to be in the top 4 and should not settle for less. I'm sorry but Aston Villa or Everton should never be above The Arsenal at the end of the season. If they are its because this team has failed, and that's on the players firstly. After that its on Wenger with the way he has complete control over this team.
