ANOTHER GEM FROM ST PETERSBURG

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

ANOTHER GEM FROM ST PETERSBURG

Post by goonersid »

I recently ordered a dvd from an on line from a company called "ultra music .com" the dvd arrived yesterday with the various postage marks confirming that it, like Arshavin had been sent by airmail all the way from St Petersburg in Russia, my transaction however went much more smoothly, they simply asked for 15 euro and I coughed up without haggling.
As for the gem of a dvd it's a rare discontinued classic "Masters Of Rock" featuring 3 AC/DC gigs from 1977 and 1978, the first their legendary appearance on Rock Goes To College in 1978, the second 7 tracks from a gig in Golders Green in 1977 and the third 6 tracks from the Glasgow Apollo in 1978 which is basically a dvd of the "If You Want Blood" album. It is an absolute must for fans of the Bon Scott era with not a fat geordie twat anywhere to be seen.

Have to agree with Boomer i had no idea what you were talking about Sorry Sid but hope it easier for you to order it than it was for us to sign Mr. Arshavin

According to various sources the 'Masters of Rock' deal from St. Petersburg is now in doubt due to a percentage fee due as a 'sell-on loyalty cluase when originally bought.

It is hoped that Goonersid and St.Petersburg can thrash out the deal but at the moment the Russians are holding out.

Fuck off. Ram the basement up your hole. :banghead:

AC/DC Back in Black is in my top 5 albums of all time (the only great album the fat Geordie is on). Bon Scott era DC are legends. Love them.

My missus bought me the new album last week and it is plod rock by numbers unfortunately. Like status quo or something... awful shite... :(

As sampled by BDP for "Dope Beat" which oddly was printed on the label as "Hope Beat"

I'm sorry, but I must vehemently disagree with this statement
