IS SONG THE WORSE MIDFIELDER EVER

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i don't think Denilson disgraces the shirt but he certainly doesn't compliment it.

Song and Eboue should both just fuck off and play anywhere except at Arsenal. Neither of them deserve to wear a Colchester shirt let alone an Arsenal one. *word censored*

Not so Mike.

Toure played in every position bar goalkeeper for his previous club, Aisec in Ivory Coast.

Djourou played as a central midfielder and as a central defender for his previous club and for Switzerland, and in interview has spoken about how he likes to play central midfield.
We have seen him at right back enough to know mr versatility he ain't
He was poor at right back last season when covering for Sagna, but to be honest he was poor in general as was recovering from ankle injury and malaria.

When he covered at left back a few seasons ago he did a good job.

Two fellas behind me nearly has a punch up over Alex Song last night - one was cunting him off as soon as he came on and the other took exception and said he would never slate an arsenal player!!

NOT EVEN SONG!!!

I agree he is a good player to bring on when we are winning to help us keep a lead, although he didnts show it yesterday really. He was very good against spurs and done well against chelsea. He was very good when we sent him on loan to charlton when they were in the prem, from what I hear a regular international, all of this and he is still only like 21. Give the guy a break. Now Bendtner he is a really piece of shit, waste of space ,massively ego'ed ,lanky streak of piss :banghead:

Cesc says he is doing well.....

from Arsenal.com

With Abou Diaby hampered by injuries, Denilson and Song, both 21, have shouldered a huge burden in the engine. At times they have come in for criticism but Fabregas believes they both are talented and committed players.

"I’ve played with both of them, of course, and I can say they work really hard, they always give their best and are very honest players," he told the Official Arsenal Programme.

"At Arsenal there's a lot of pressure because we are a big club but from my perspective, and from outside, I think they are doing well.

Cesc is just trying to justify why he will be fucking off to Barca in the summer by telling us we are in good hands

Can you blame cesc ? Given a choice between playing alongside xavi and iniesta or alongside song and eboue I know who I would choose and it certainly wouldnt be the 2 gobshites that we currently "employ"

put it this way

whenever song comes on

I dont expect much from him

I would prefer for song to surprise me but that has failed to happen

as a central defender he is not fit to lace abu ogogo's boots

fenerbache 5-2 game is all im saying watch closely

Couldn't care less about Cesc's quote from arsenal.com. What do you expect him to say? He's hardly prasing them anyway, just a fancy way of saying...at least they're trying bless them  .
