As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
I think hes ona hot streak which there is slim to fuck all chance he will sustain across a season!
For all the great stuff he has done lately there are still moments like against Seville when he done well to get into the box before scewing a shot towards the corner flag!
Still has a lot to prove to me before I admit he is what is required!
Sorry but as stated previously here, Ade flatters to deceive and he won't be a great goalscoring centre forward all the time he has a hole in his arse!
He does waste chances but he is a good forward, goals he gets are bonuses to th disruption he causes defences but he should get around 15 this season. Had an offday from what I heard on the radio

HE WAS POOR TODAY MAGIC HAT
HE TRYED BUT COULDNT GET INTO IT,, ROUNDED THE KEEPER AT ONE STAGE AND SLIPPED,,,
I HATE SAYIN IT BUT HE'S NOT THE STRIKER AT WINS US TITLES
Berkamp didn't get goals in his last few years for Arsenal, not that Ade is the same class. Heskey doesn't get that many but like Ade, he troubles defences and they create. Not all strikers are in for goals, obviously they are expected to get a certain amount but some have other qualities. I'll accept Ade's finishing is bad but not that he is not good enough a player. Unless you want to argue Man U's cb's and Liverpool's cb's are poor given the times he gave them the run around last season

And there's a reason that he's at Wigan...

Well in the six games we played against the aforementioned opposition, he only played three times, we won twice with him scoring a goal in one, being anonymous in one and in the other, we got hammered 4-1. Not exactly emphatic, is it?
