There's some great posts on here, but the main factor, on how Wenger has become over the last 3 seasons or so, is his stubborness and blinkered views, the way he took umbrage over the Silvestre geriatric remark being one at the shareholder's meeting last season. (when most know that he actually is (in football terms)

The sooner he freshen's up his back-room staff, the better, because the whole thing has gone stale.

I would like to see Steve Bould installed as his number 2, he's doing a great job for the youth team, and perhaps, just perhaps, he could instill some defensive nous into some of our players, which is severely lacking at the moment.

Lovely, we could have done with the first one in our defensive wall for Chaviski's 3rd goal, she's already in correct position, and taller than AA23.

Maybe getting rid of Wenger, Cesc, Arshavin and all will bring the trophies you all think will come flooding in without them. In my opinion, thats not going to happen. How many other managers are going to keep us competing at the level we are? Spending no money and selling their best players year after year? More to the point how many other so called world class managers are going to want to do that?

As for the players wanting to win trophies, of course they do, but I also think they appreciate Wenger's philosophy and truly enjoy playing for the club. Cesc will probably leave soon, just like many have in the past, but he'd leave a darn sight sooner with David Moyes in charge!
Competing at the level we are? Whats that then, struggling to finish in the top 4 which is a fucking disgrace.

we wont need to get rid of cesc or arshavin they are going to leave imo cesc has had enough, and you cant keep harping back to years gone by and say that wpuld should be gratefull for what we have now compared to then  so how long would you be prepared to give wenger and the board before a change is needed??

Happy days!

Just off the back of winning the domestic double in '93, Graham masterminded our great European adventure that saw us beat Parma 1-0 in the Cup Winners Cup Final.

Ahh... '94. The last European trophy we've won.... great memories! 8)

Erm... sorry, why would I be on the warpath that season again?? :?

I think you will find that the European trophy you talk of was the Cup winners cup. A trophy even worse than the Europa league, which everyone takes the piss out of now as a second rate trophy. So unless I'm mistaken, that would be deemed as a failure by Mr "its a fucking disgrace", as we finished 12th in the league.

Or am I wrong? Your telling me you would be happier winning the europa league and finishing 12th? Thats what you see as more successful than we are now? Your point is complete nonsense.
