Gallas situation ... sums up Arsenal perfectly

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

That is the most stupid post i have ever read from you, i know your the most negative arsenal fan on here but surely even you can see that we must keep gallas at the end of the season rather than let him leave on a free??

And as for you bitching about me comparing him to pires, re-read what i fucking said you moron i was comparing the situation of not offering players over 30 a longer than one year contract not comparing players.

One of these days you will actually find something positive to say about the arsenal. :banghead:

I was referring to Gallas Voice' response to your post , So I suggest you follow your own advice on re-reading posts.
And try to once agin refrain from personal insult, particularly when your insult would fit you better than me.
And as for Gallas, he is a chav *word censored* on an exorbitant salary which he doesn't merit.

I don't think it would be a huge loss if Gallas left. It would if we didn't sign anyone to replace him of course but purely on a playing front it wouldn't be a huge loss. Gallas is also past his best and more to the point, if we could get a 6ft 5 giant alongside TV, it would be a great partnership, we need to be better in the air in central defence and I would rather have TV over Gallas any day of the week

We'll be better off without Gallas providing we sign a CB that can actually head the fucking ball and defend properly.

Defend properly? I know Gallas has his moments but he is a very good defender, as he showed tonight

We lost pires and gilberto to this fucking stupid deal and look how bad that cost us. Seriously over our management and board atm :banghead:

i wouldn't say losing pires or gilberto when we did was a problem, both past it by then...but your right about gallas.[/quote]

How fucking dare you compare Pires unfavorably with that useless chav bastard in any context whatsoever, are you old enough to even remember the sublime Robert Pires.
I don't hurl personal insults on this forum but I'm pretty close to breaking that rule, after what must be the most ludicrous post I have ever fucking read. :banghead: :banghead:
oH MY! wind your kneck in will ya! Im a 21 year old life long gooner and i love pires to this day...all i said is that he was passed it when we got rid of him which most would agree with, where gallas as a CB has got some years left in him.

as for that comment i highlighted, well......how pathetic

this season willy and TV have looked quality this season look back and they have been seriously let down by there goalie and full backs and to a slightly lesser degree the DM. cant recall many goals where you could say out and out it was there fault for goals!

I feel keeping these 2 together for a few more seasons is a priority for wenger!!

Don't laugh but . . . Next season will be massive for Djourou. We need Willy for one more season as a type of mentor / cover for the lad.

I genuinely believe the boy will be awesome . . .
