Spuds eat their own young... (allegedly)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spuds eat their own young... (allegedly)

Post by DB10GOONER »

Hilarious but also pretty sad story this. :(

A lad in my place of employment went to his first spuds match for our derby game with them back in September. This is a young Irish lad (20, I think), spud all his life (but decent enough bloke  ) and can only now afford to throw his money away to watch shite at the other place...

Anyway, he finally worked up the nerve to tell me about his first trip to Shite Fart Drain. He knows I'm a Gooner and he was probably worried I'd laugh my ass off at him.

He arrived up at their ground on his own, having done the whole internet google map thingy but still got a bit lost. He stopped and asked a couple of people for directions and sure enough some spud w*nker eventually decided not to risk missing the oportunity to slap a possible lone Gooner and promptly did just that; Walked up and slapped the lad a dig right in the nose. :? :x

The lad reckoned it would have gone further but he pulled open his coat to show his spud jersey. The gimp that slapped him just turned and walked away.

So the young lad missed the first 20 minutes of the game as an ambulance guy patched him up outside. He only got into the shithole after they had scored and then only got to see us whip 3 past them...

Talk about adding insult to injury. :?

As I say, he's a decent enough lad (if a bit naive) and I feel a bit sorry for him to be honest. I asked him would he be going again and he said, "I don't know. Maybe."

Well done spuds. What a shower of absolute crunts.

What a bunch of crunts they are. Is too late to convert him and get him away from the dark side? After his experience you might have a slight chance def. worth a try

Unfortunately it is too late. I think he believes me now when I tell him that most of his fellow spuds are crunts though.

They revel in slapping scarfers and people who they think won't fight back. A shower of absolute fuckin wankers.
Pity your friend is past the point of no return in his spudding. Take him to the Grove, better location, better people, better ground, better team, how could his head not be turned. You owe it to him to try and save his soul

On a serious note, that fucking disgusts me, DB - but I can't say I'm all that surprised. Obviously we have a couple of those in our camp (who doesn't?) but it would appear that a large chunk of their fanbase are absolute Neanderthals.

Reminds me of the time we beat them with Lauren's daisy cutter of a penalty. My brother and I were hopping on to a tube at Finsbury Park and some fucking coward with the Burberry hat and Ben Sherman shirt with the collar up (you know the type) gave my brother a dig in the ribs as the doors were closing. What a fucking coward!

Guess that was a fair reflection on the match really. Sp*rs were hoping they'd fucked our day up, and yet, we were the ones left laughing at them

God, I had some fun that day!

On the way up to the pitches at market road one frosty evening after work i had the pleasure of sharing a tube with a bunch of spud crunts after a row with who ever they were playing in europe.

I think in the end they went for any one who looked a little bit contential!
I dont know if it was a blessing in disguise that i didnt have me arsenal scarf on!!!

So yeah to sum up, a complete and utter bunch of crunts.

On a positive note my missus gave birth to a little girl last week, first song she heard... a lullaby maybe... oh no... WE HATE TOTTENHAM, WE HATE TOTTENHAM!

It must embarass they're other fans when you hear stories like this..they have completely different idea to FV and being a 'firm' than everyone else. Another example of why West Ham, Arsenal, and Chelsea will tell you that off the field, Spurs are the team they all despise the most..different set of rules...
