As I mentioned before, I thought it better to stay away from the "please stay/don't go" theme as I think it comes off a bit desperate and as GoonerN5 says, it's gonna look pretty daft if he leaves in the summer. If I wasn't so skint i'd be prepared to pay for this to be printed, anyone wanna take the reins?!
I think the RedAction idea is good though, especially having it hanging permanently, I think that "El Capitan" is my favourite out of the slogans posted...

I know people give out about the lack of choices but tbh is isnt easy to come up with a suitable suggestion The only other option that I would vote for is "el capitan"
