Targets could also suggest that he is talking to more than one player for the position he is looking to strengthen in case his first choice is ungettable

At the end of the day wenger either wins something this coming season or leaves. He's a ruthless manager still but I believe he's worked within huge financial restraint over the last few years as the recession hit home along with the stadium debt.
This summer I finally think he's shaken that off and has a bit of a warchest to get through. We could be in for a busy summer IMO.

Travel through deepest Africa and if you spot a mud hut with a Sky dish or an inside toilet, you can be sure that was the deal breaker to persuade some 13 year old Zulu to come to Arsenal next season.
What concerns me is how we constantly let players go into the last year of their contract before renewing them. Wasn't this even the same with Van Persie? Whoever is in charge of that side of things needs a good fucking kick up the backside

After signing nobody wenger will come out and say we have done well this transfer window we manager to sign cesc fabregas for another 3 years and gallas and sol renewed there contracts. Im very happy with the signings we've made. You have to also remember that rvp will be back and he will be like a new signing in himself not to mention walcott nasri and eduardo who missed significant chunks of last season. Im confident that with are mental strength we will be able to go on and win trophies this season.
