Bloody right. We all have our quibbles (mine are picking Almunia over Lehmann and the lack of a left sided option) but the squad's performance this season has been outstanding. Without making any assumptions about getting silverware this year, look back at any successful season and you'll find equivalent games to the Portsmouth result etc (and worse).
Yes, we should criticise when the team play badly or Wenger makes poor choices but some of the responses post-Pompey were ridiculous, and looked like they belonged on a Spurs forum, not one of the team that has led the league for most of the season.
I know I'm a bit of a Wenger loyalist compared with some, but with his record and what's happened this season so far, I don't get those who slag him off, as opposed to criticise. The man is a footballing genius who seems to get better as the years go by.
Even with a poor first half performance, the Everton result underlines IHH's point, that a bit of perspective is needed.
This third side of Wenger's probably could do with a bit of strengthening, and I still worry about United and Chelsea and even Liverpool, but 14 points out of 21 in a very tough December, with injuries and bad form, and still being top, is pretty good stuff.
So just enjoy things sometimes!
