By discussing the issues that concerned us surrounding this company before booking up etc we were simply showing prudence, you have to be sceptical when you are offered a deal which looks to good to be true.

Exactly right mate.
A consumer advice body or programme would tell you to be suspicious of a company that offers travel packages without protection, and especially wiith a lack of company information on the website.

Agreed. I just checked back and you didn't. You have nothing to apologise for as far as I can see. Not sure why you posted the "I won't apologise" bit. I think rolypolybullshitter was refering to the couple of people that openly called it a "scam"?
