ARSENAL TV

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I checked this morning on Setanta this morning there was nothing yet.I would have thought they would be showing previews for it.

In UK the only place you'll see the Arsenal channel is on Setanta via Sky. Not currently available on cable, freeview etc.

So I'd imagine you should be ok if watching on Sky Ireland? Or maybe you have cable....?

Arsenal football club's upcoming television channel will not be available on Virgin at launch due to capacity constraints, it has been confirmed.

The channel will only be available on digital satellite, Sky channel 423, when it launches on January 14 at 5pm.

On its website, Arsenal explained: "Due to issues with Virgin Media's channel capacity Arsenal TV will not be available on Virgin Media at launch... Arsenal would like to apologise on behalf of Virgin for this delay and re-assure all supporters that we are working with Virgin and Setanta to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Arsenal TV will be available to Virgin customers in the future and the date will be publicised widely as soon as it is confirmed."

IT'S BEEN GOOD SO FAR. 8) AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE TALKING WITH LIAM BRADY, JUSTIN HOYTE AND JOHAN DJOUROU.

COMING UP AT 6.30PM IS 'ARSENAL QUESTION TIME' WITH A PANEL CONSISTING OF PARLOUR, KEOWN, MATT LUCAS AND ARSENE WENGER. THEY SHOWED A PREVIEW OF IT AND IT LOOKS LIKE A CRACKING PROGRAMME. 8)

The downside to having the Arsenal channel on Sky423, is that was the Golf uk channel which is now gone,

The question time was good, and the one on one interview with Arsene by Bob Wilson also raised some good questions. Assume the station may carry reserve and FA Youth Cup games, hopefully they will have the Youth Cup game v Liverpool at end of month.

Really enjoyed it so far. Question Time was superb, but could have gone on for hours and hours and not been enough! Matt Lucas spoke as a real fan.
