Aaron Ramsey

Does anyone know how Ramsey is getting on at Forrest? Has he played much? scored/assists?

Thanks in advance.

Forest are already asking for an extension to january contract end, ie as theyve had 2 games postponed while he's been with them - surely Arsene won't agree to that?

Tbh, wouldn't be surprised if Ramsey's loan gets extended into Feb or March. Since we're currently overloaded with quality midfield players :P

Wouldn't be the worst thing admittedly, the point of the Nottingham move was to give Ramsey some playtime before he got back into the EPL, and it sounds like he's yet to really have had that.

I'd have thought that the Carling Cup semi's v Ipswich would be ideal for the likes of Ramsey, Lansbury, JET, along with other fringe squad playes to give them experience against opponents that they should be able to contend with comfortably while at the same time giving one or two of our usual suspects a few days to rest their wearly limbs

Looks like he's getting his first start up against Ipswich today, shame it's not live anywhere. Be interesting to see how he gets on against them as it's his last loan game for them.

Also looks like he will be playing the same opposition twice in a month in 2 different competitions for 2 different teams.

Watched him today, he was average. Quite a few misplaced passes, but more worrying, he shied away from several 50/50 balls. I hope he's just pacing himself and avoiding injury, because if his horror tackle vs Stoke leaves him scared of getting stuck in he will have a lot of trouble in the EPL in the years to come.
