If you don't like travelling the length and breadth of the country to watch a game of football where, believe it or not, the team you're behind might not win every single time... perhaps you should get another hobby?

A msg to you - if you were one of them and read this - why? Do you think that helps them and how wld you feel if someone did that to you after you didnt have a good day but you went over to yr mate to praise him for his hard work. and then got sworn at by your mate !

nice eh?

If you don't feel bad about doing that - clear off yr an embarassment to our club " these were not /young' gooners but older ones (yeah my age) so theyve prob got kids (wld they be brave enough and do that if their kids were with em?).

msg is - lets get nehind our players eh? and shut up slagging em off
They're also the same people who will then spend the rest of the season moaning that "none of the players came over at the end" when they go away from home. I wouldn't be shocked if some of the players, considering the abuse they get online particularly on twitter, had the opinion that a large section of our "support" are just scum to be honest.

Agreed, he cost us the most over the years.

For me it's only ever been 3 players:

Almunia
Denilson
Silvestre

Now respectively they would probably be top or near for the list of worst goalkeeper/midfielder/defender ever playing for the club.
Obviously Silvestre was mainly just finished, shite and a Manc *word censored*.

The other two however, for me I despise their attitude and personality. Two useless faggot players, that don't give one shit despite being so bad.

As for the others, I've never got the hatred Eboue, Bendtner etc get on here. Eboue loves the club, and is a cheat but so what. No point getting holier than thou.

As for Barry Bendtner, he WILL improve. Look at his goal at Newcastle, there is talent there. I'd rather he was cocky and arrogant than a gutless mug like Denilson!

Get a hobby like you and sit on the pc every game whilst picking out arguments with genuine fans.

I don’t care if we win every game , I care if I travel the country to watch half the team give a less than half decent effort. The players seem to forget who they play for and what it means to us fans.
I am a very vocal fan and get behind the team as much as I can both home and away. What I don’t like seeing is what happened against Ipswich as that was a fucking disgrace.

I have seen Cham play regularly this season and sometimes he hasn’t had a strong game especially his last few matches. However that guy try’s his fucking heart out and runs everywhere even though he is having a shit game.

*word censored* like Bendy and AA23 that night simply played awful and didn’t give a shit. Half the team don’t care at all and that is CLEAR TO FUCKING SEE. I never see Bendy run around giving his 100% all when he hasn’t had a good game.

If you went to your favourite restaurant and the food came out cold and not cooked, and then you complained to the waiter who walked off chewing gum smiling, would you be impressed?

Well I wasn’t impressed at Ipswich, though I didn’t swear at the players I can understand those who did.

End of the day if the players give off the attitude that they are better than the fans and that they don’t care when they play shit (on a regular basis may I add) then said players will end up getting a backlash from the fans and rightly deserved.

If you cant understand that then you are as deluded as Wenger.

Why is it always the Zippy/Louder types that always pick out peoples posts. I am minding my own business as many do on here just giving my views without the need to quote someone and try to cause an argument.

If I want to moan that’s my right as that is what the forum is for. If someone doesn’t agree then put a constructive debate forward like that new guy Jacky Wilshere.

By digging out fans when there genuinely and obviously annoyed about the team really helps doesn’t help does it?

It’s a common thing for the rose tinters on here to be so reactive on posts and try to angle an argument or a patronising dig in some way.

As far as I am concerned if you wasn’t at the match against Ipswich and put in that huge effort, how can you moan about fans that moan about being at the match?

100% correct.

All fans (who do after all pay their wages) want is 100% effort in games. As mikeyb says players might not be firing on all cylinders every game but as long as they are putting in the effort thats ok in my book. Every single player in history has off games - its just some of our lot particularly the ones we keep on mentioning seem to have more off games (without putting in the effort) than others.

I can honestly say hand on heart that I have never hated an Arsenal player before - until this lot. There were plenty that I didn't like but never hated. There was also alot of shit players far worse than the mentioned ones - but I liked em coz of effort they put in and the fact they new their limitations and were'nt asking to be played every week.

But as far as hating is concerned

Almunia - Don't like him
Denilson - Hate
Eboue - Hate
Bendtner - Hate
Clichy - Don't like him
Arshavin - ????? Start putting effort in. No point having one good game every six or seven games. He has to have alot of consistant games before he gets back in my good books. On his day - he is one of best in business. Alas I don't know if we'll ever see the old Andy again - hope i'm proven wrong with this one but if the others were sold in morning i would be on some truncheon.

Minding your own business ? I bet you wouldn't 'hurt a fly' and 'don't want any trouble' come off it Mikey. If someone posts an opinion that is either pro or anti then expect it to draw attention. My stance is clear and very often earns criticism, but I'm not moaning ( 'cause I'm right ), as this is what a forum is all about, surely.

Indeed it is mate. Though you don’t normally bother me and I don’t normally bother you. You have your views and that is fine to me.

Unless you question my support or start to dig out fans that actually make the effort to go matches. As this zippy fella did.

I have no problem with someone not agreeing with my views about Wenger or the players as this is what the forum is all about as you stated.
