I was confident of winning this trophy, confident, not cocky, to go out in that fashion is plain disgusting.

Surely even the optimists must be worried where this team is heading. Where is the trophy going to come from?

CL - No way even if we do a job on Barca

PL - After this, our confidence/mentality is fucked

Cup - Going to be hard Wednesday to get back up after this, then Old Trafford.

Realistically lads, its very unlikely will win anything this season, next year will be the 7th running without a trophy.....

Have to agree with you here...scary thing is how you can't really name anyone else who stikes as an immediate match winner. We used to have a whole first eleven of match winners and even some on the bench backing them not long ago Now we have three, maybe four if Arshavin regains top form And if cesc goes we're back to two or three oh dear....

Absolutely.......you and me have been 2 of the few that have being saying how average song is and today epitomised that and especially when their south american sumo wrestler sub danced by him not 5 mins after coming on

I am not his biggest fan but the rosicky bashing is slightly out of order today - if nasri had turned in his performance today many of ye would be wanking yourselves silly over it I thought nasri was woeful today and along with song, djouru and sagna he was our worst performers

Agreed Sicknote gets too much abuse but I feel he is not good enough to play that central role that Cesc plays so well. His weight of pass is often too heavy and he doesn't tend to see the right run in time to pass. Still shits all over Song and the BrazHillier though...

Been saying this for months. Almost as bad as our situation in defence is that fact that we squander about 75% of the chances we create.
