Do some of you call yourself supporters?
In good and in bad, I will support my team. And those who want to throw shit at our team please go to other blogs where they need more shit.
We have lost the final. And all the other teams apart from Birmingham weren’t even near to Wembley.
We could have thrown the first game at WHL. Would you have liked that? Then you would have blamed Wenger and the players for this. It is them that have brought us there. And for some fluke moment we lost it. We were the better team in possesion, shots on and off target, corners. Even made more fouls according to Dean.
The goalkeeper from Birmingham being voted man of the match tells something I would say.
Comon you gunners

It's OK, Mr Arsene will tell you that getting to the final is just as good as winning it.piresistible wrote:Do some of you call yourself supporters?

I admit I’m gutted like a haddock and had to lie face down on my bunk for the past half hour. But I didn’t sniffle until after the whistle blew and I won’t be crying when it blows for the start of Weds cup tie.woolwichgooner wrote:I'm one of the more optimistic Arsenal types, but even i'm lost for words atm. That’s life and I’d rather lose as a gooner than EVER be a suck-butt brummie.
So come on brethren It’s time to close-up ranks and move on.
My side is The Arsenal now and for fuckin’ ever.
PS It has been 5 years since we even got to a final so how can you say we ALWAYS stumble at the last hurdle?

Just when I thought It WaS Safe To Go Back In The Waters Of Belief and Hope!
I should have known better....All season me, you and the feckin' World have been (trying to) tell Wenger that we need a new CB and a Goalie....so then it would seem that both fate and whatever else counts in such things seemed to have intervened and given us a break, a shove in the right direction - Chez Finally gets his chance to shine in goal...and then Kos plays out of his skin and earns much praise (MOTM by some) for his performance against barcascum, a performance that surely would inspire him onto better confidence and greater things (Performances).....so OK...at last Maybe just maybe - they can tough it out and 'Defend'......AW seemed to be lucky (at last) things were going in our favour(ish)
Then we lose Cesc and Theo - I'm thinking....PLEASE Don't Let This All Go TIT'S UP!.......
I'm NOT going to bother with all the Blaming Kos & Chez thing- They Must be GUTTED - Just like you and I are....and (Hopefully) They WILL Learn....BUT what IS now Worrying...Will the Wheels Come Off our season Yet Again....Please NoPLEASE NO!

2006 - CL Final, 2007 - CC Final, 2007/08 - we should've won the league, 2008/09 - 2 semi finals and we bottled it.piresistible wrote:I admit I’m gutted like a haddock and had to lie face down on my bunk for the past half hour. Spot on mate. And if we just had a couple of big game players we'd have come through in at least a couple of those IMO.Arsenal 1991 wrote:2006 - CL Final, 2007 - CC Final, 2007/08 - we should've won the league, 2008/09 - 2 semi finals and we bottled it.piresistible wrote:I admit I’m gutted like a haddock and had to lie face down on my bunk for the past half hour.
