WHY ARSENAL ARE A F**KING DISGRACE

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You wonder why people have a dim view of the legal profession when you use terms such as bongobongo land, personally I think someone could interpret that as being racist, out of interest which of:

Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Sydney, Johannesburg,
Dubai or Beijing are situated in "bongobongo" land?

I think it would be best if you found another forum, there are plenty of people on here who disagree with each other but I think when you find a place where you appear to be universally disliked by all its worth moving on

In all my years I've been called many names, but never a moron. I think you made some decent points, but to call people who disagree with you"morons" is a mistake on your part. There is a lot of intelligent and articulate fans on this forum and you have needlessly pissed them off

it aint racism you twat.

bongobongoland could be anywhere but here.

i oppose premiership games being played overseas anywhere. i could have used term planet zog. i use bongobongoland.

how the hell do you read racism into my rants is totally beyond me and noone else who i`ve pissed of has suggested i`m racist and if i was reckon gooner ed or saunders wouls quite rightly have censored me.

sorry but yours is the daftest response of the lot.

Roly, seeing as you asked so nicely, I will be happy to respond to your 'destruction' of me...
rolypoly wrote:ok kids away . time to hit back.

i am going to focus on comments of saunders - i dont know his excuse for being moron and dickhead and an extremely dangerous one at that.
I didn’t support Dein’s plans for a forgien takeover and I was strongly against the ‘international round’ so by your logic, that already means I don’t fall under the ‘moron’ or ‘dickhead’ label. You clearly know nothing of my stance on anything to do with either of these matters, so to put me in one camp based on God knows what, and to do it with such faux aggression is just ignorant and childish.
rolypoly wrote:saunders mocks idea of liverpool moving abroad. who mentioned liverpool?
You mentioned Liverpool
rolypoly wrote:ever since the amricans bought the muppets i told them that in our lifetime their club would be moved lock stock and barrel to america - they all laughed at me.
Well, maybe you didn’t. Maybe you meant United. Who knows? However, regardless of who you meant, my scepticism at the point you’re making (that they’re going to be moved completely abroad) still applies.
rolypoly wrote:american franchises have moved 3500 miles from new york to los angeles . how far manchester to new york ?3500 miles.
They’re in totally different countries. It’s not a matter of distance.
rolypoly wrote:saunders mocks my prediction of end of relegation oh it hasnt happened yet. of course not moron. not enough clubs yet foreign owned to meet the 75%quorum required to change the rules. but that day aint far away and gooners apparently full of morons and dickheads who either support open -minded or ambivalent to foreign takeover.
Simple. I’m almost certain the clubs do not make the rules. Any decision to get rid of relegation would need to be ratified by the Premier League, the F.A., UEFA and FIFA, I’m certain. What do I have to back this up? Well, all 20 clubs unanimously voted in favour of this ‘international round’ and yet UEFA are saying it will never happen. So what’s all this about 75% of clubs can change the rules? You’re talking our of your arse.
rolypoly wrote:at moment financial inequality in premiership is such that virtually all foreign owned clubs reasonably safe from relegation but what happens when real risk of relegation with financial meltdown to follow ? solution is simple. lets go american and get rid of relegation.
I just think this is all very silly. You seem to be focusing on America so much, and I’m not sure why. Three clubs out of 20 are owned by Americans and, what is more, I bet there is more money to be made out of going to Asia, than to America, yet you focus solely on the Yanks. Not sure why…
rolypoly wrote:15 years ago saunders would have mocked predictions of highbury being sold moving round corner to 60000stadium winning double twice going unbeaten whole season and supporting team with not one english player in - well it has bloody well happened
How do you know that? What are you basing that on? For what it’s worth, I would have mocked all of that (maybe not the ‘double’ part) and I’m certain nearly all other Gooners would have, too. What is your point?
rolypoly wrote:now we are prepared to sell our soul and likes of saunders are open minded about it and that is why he is dangerous.
I want to hear what you have to say about this part the most. What are you basing this on? What have I done to make you believe that I’m open minded about this all? Again, you’re talking shit and making false assumptions because you’re doing this all for effect. It’s bloody pathetic.
rolypoly wrote:hate me if you like…
I’m sure no one hates you. I think you have to give a shit about someone to hate them, right? It’s a bloody forum mate. Grow up
rolypoly wrote:…but i`m bloody right.
Prove it.
rolypoly wrote:saunders - you are a dangerous man
No I’m not. I’m a person posting on a football forum. Someone’s been watching too much professional wrestling, methinks.

Now, I don’t wish to have any further part in this, but if you want me to answer or respond to anything else, I’ll be more than happy to.

SAUNDERS.

if you check premiership rules it is a 75% majority to change rules eg as donewith recent increase of substitutions.

same applies to relegation. remember-all countries have different rules on relegation.so premiership can do as it pleases without reference to uefa, fifa

check it out and tell me if i`m right or wrong.

The game abroad idea is total bollocks, and I really can;t see it happening for one reason only:

The EPL would require permission from the FA of the country where the game would be played before the game would be allowed to be played.

This would clearly have a detrimental effect on the local league, and i can;t see many foreign FA's giving permission.

It's all about pound notes and the extra game devalues the sporting integrity of the league especially as everyone gets a seeding, so in essence we owuld get to play one of the worse teams for a 3rd time.

PS: You certainly come across as a holier than thou obnoxious prick Roly.

'SAUNDERS' ?

Rolypoly, can you not even have the grace to address people properly on this forum? If you want to come on here and talk a load of bollocks that is your perogative but at least address them properly. Your method of talking to people is overly aggressive and shows that you have a basic lack of intelligence.

And for the record, anyone that describes our club as a 'f*cking disgrace' shouldn't be posting on a fans forum in the first place. We all get annoyed with the team/administration from time to time, but to describe the club that way makes me wonder if you are a supporter at all.

Now why don't you naff off to some poxy Manure site and criticise them. After all, they're guilty of most of the accusations in the drivel you have written. :x

Are you for real? You are calling me a twat because I suggested that Bongo Bongo land might be interpretted as racist!!

Have you ever heard of Alan Clark!? Probably not so I'll enlighten you. He was a Tory MP famously disgraced for publically saying all immigrants should go back to Bongo Bongo land, if you really want you can check a dictionary, I think you'll find a definition along the lines of "Slang. Derogatory reference to a third world country usually in Africa"

As you clearly consider yourself the fountain of all knowledge could you explain why you are still hanging around the forum? I agree with whoever said Panto was more welcome, I think he actually insults Arsenal Fans less!

Alright. You haven't given me anywhere to find this stuff, but fuck it, I'll see what I can find.

Also, please don't be a hypocrite. You told me to address your criticisms of me, and I did it. Don't ignore the questions I asked of you now...

Roly poly, At no time did I say you couldn't come onto the forum. Read the post again and you will see that I said it is your perogative.

What I said was I don't think you should post on a fans forum if you think so poorly of the club. I don't believe in censorship but I do believe in getting your facts straight before you start typing. So now whos the dickhead and moron. 8) 8)

Tony,

I think it is 14 out of 20 to change premiership policy. Have a look here

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 233663.stm

Even so, I am pretty sure that only applies to internal matters. Once you start about relegation etc. it affects others outside the prem and I'm sure you're right that UEFA etc. would have to approve it.

I don't know why we're giving this knob the time of day, do you?
