Someone responding to one of the main articles suggested fans wave white hankies ala the spanish (or the French during war!! ) Anyone else think this is a good idea?

Way to move this post when I went to reply. Those "terrible towel" things just look cheap. Always hated that shit.

Nowhere near as good as the monkey poop and rancid and smelly fruit.
I don't suggest to boo our players....but if we do could offload Almunicunt and DenilSHIT to leave the club asap, I will be more than happy to do it two weeks later

I agree, but a lot easier to sneak into the ground.

Our players were getting booed in the 70s and 80s. It's not a new thing.
The players and manager live in a different world to us. They don't understand, and more importantly dont want to understand.
They want money at all costs, our opinion is like dirt on their shoe.
I would boo any player who is not giving their all, or had an attitude I disliked or was plainly shite, continually costing us yet Wenger wont do anything.
Half a dozen of our players could eaisly be booed and would be at other clubs and have been at ours.
The likes of Barry Bendtner, Almunia, Denilson, Squallaci and Rosicky and more have been disgracefull this season and more.
Football supporterss really need to get past this way of thinking that "we're the supporters, they owe us this, that and the other...etc...etc". It's a romantic way of thinking, but it's really irrelevant in the game today.
I wouldn't boo a player, but I think I've yelled at Denilson a few times. I don't mind if a player isn't playing well or gets found out to be out of his depth, but there's been times Denilson has looked lazy, and that annoys me.
That's the important point here though, and the one I think alot of people seem to forget. You can't boo a player just because they're not good enough, if they're trying. Take Squillaci, he's been a nightmare at times this season, but that's not through lack of effort, so to boo the bloke is harsh. I mean seriously, it doesn't matter if he's on £5k a week, or £50k, if he's going to make a mistake, he's going to make it.
I always come back to this, but I could understand booing players if we're in a relegation scrap and the fighting to stay in the league and there's players strolling around not giving a toss - but not when you're 2nd in the league. It makes us look so stupid when I'm there and I see our own fans booing our players, then I've got to talk to other football supporters and get tarred with the same brush. Like I said, booing is something that is reserved for the very worst circumstances, not just because the team / certain players have a few below-par games.
You've got to accept that football is going to be like this sometimes, and I has been frustrating but booing individual players isnt what being a supporter is about. Booing the team as a whole though, when the time is right, I can understand that a bit more.
First post of yours demun that I agree with. There's other ways of making our feelings known.

Only when he mistook it for hash. Best high he ever had. Unfortunately, when the munchies kicked in he ended up licking his own balls.
No 'unfortunately' about it!! Can you think of a better way of ending the night then having one's balls licked? There's a reason that cats look so smug!!!
Everybody here is missing the point. If a player is so inept that his own supporters feel the need to boo him then surely that is a reflection upon the manager that picks him. Yes these are Wenger's players and if they are this bad then it is the manager who deserves the booing for picking them. How about booing when Wenger is announcing the team on the giant screens inside the stadium pre match? Alternatively if, as will be the case in my opinion, we do not have a chance of winning the league come the last home match, how about a mass boycott of the final home match of the season? If less than 10,000 turned up for the last home match then maybe this might make the directors take notice that something is not quite right at our club and it starts with the manager.
Regarding the players deserving of booing, only those who show a lack of effort are deserving, in my opinion, with Denilson and Diaby being the worst culprits and certainly not the likes of Rosicky (who is a good player in my opinion but has not been given a proper chance since his injury), Eboue or Bendtner (although he may deserve it for his completely unfounded arrogance!).
I never agree with booing our own. No matter who they are. Not even the despicable diving cheating acting cunt that is Comedy Eboue. And I HATE that fucking cunt.
Why I don't agree with booing?
It's fucking childish.
It DOES NOT help the team.
It can make a shit player play worse.
It makes us look like spoilt brats.
Having said that, I won't condemn anyone that wants to boo. It is their right. I just personally think it looks and sounds pathetic.
Don't mind having a good yell at a few of them though!
