having bouts of insomnia! Cant bloody sleep and am not into pumping myself full of sleeping pillls for fear of doing a Heath Ledger!!

I have bouts of insomnia. Luckily I do really, only way I've been able to cope with watching matches and getting a few hours a sleep a night.
Best way to cope with it is watching a match or reading a good book.
