anti-wenger protest at fulham?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fans going to Fulham should keep protesting about the rise in Season Tickets and Lack of Investment in the Team. Wenger must make changes or he will be forced out next season :o

A protest has started already so fucking join it, whatever your views on wenger if you lot start on him you will be a laughing stock. You worshiped him for years and now your on his case. GO for the board through ticket pricing unfair paying system Gestapo stewards shit atmosphere and lack of investments and to bring back some of our traditions on and off the pitch and trust me wenger will either change or leave.

you attack him and you will get all the mongs and the board defending him so go for the top, stop buying the merchandise and arrive with a black scarf or with no colours and sing the songs that have recently been sung.

Good Shout Goon!

Lots will depend on the summer transfer window. If we don’t sign any QUALITY players and sell the good players we have ( cesc , nasri, aa23) then the next protest has to headline the lack of spending so the board see we are not fucking about.

First game of season is in August if no major investment has been made then first game of the season we should protest again. Force something to happen by September.

Its good that we are sticking to the principles of the BSM but some things can never change such as dropping the prices again or allowing us to stand and have that bond with the team again. Its not just an Arsenal thing it’s a football thing, it’s the way its gone.

I am sick of the way things have gone but I for one would be happier if investment was made in the team and week in week out I was watching a brave team give there all for the shirt.

On a corporate level the club wont want a repeat performance of that march, especially if its bigger. If they don’t sign anyone we should protest every game until the transfer deadline.
Really doesn't matter whether we go for it or not. Nothing will chnage, unless we do something!!!

enjoy the game.... :barscarf:

Several fairly loud renditions of "Spend some fucking money", that was about it :( It was all smiles & applause again at full time once comedy Eboue came to throw his shirt in the crowd...

Yeah there was no real protest. the 6% chant thretend to break out, but didnt.

"spend some F**king money" was 100% heard by Mr Wenger..

In all honesty, the last game of the season is normally party time. many supporters were just not up for any thing like that it seemed today

The "spend some fucking money" was heard for sure by wenger. But as far as protest that was it. It was a strange atmosphere, but better than any home game thats for sure.

I loved the "your statue is shit your statue is shiiiiiiit, it should've been jedward your staue is shit"

typical as i suspected - everyone happy and jumping around worshipping wenger and eboue.

Fucking fickle bunch singing 'one arsene wenger' at the start of the second half before a pitiful 6 percent your having a laugh once we conceeded. Too many people happy at Arsenal and today shown that. I had a banner up at the end, couldn't see any others but its hard to see accross the stand properly so there may have been but today was a great chance to fucking let wenger know how really pissed off we are and it seems that everyone just hid behind there keyboards. Theres no point in people saying this that and the other behind a keyboard when they don't back it up. Don't moan when we start next season with just the odd improvement. Only positive is wenger would have heard 'spend some fucking money' but apart from that today just shows our support up to be a fickle bunch or......the majority of people are actually happy with everything. So glad the season is over.

Still good day down in putney on the beer.

Hi all, good day on the boat trip yesterday, football was as predictable as ever.

I had a friend sat in the directors box, and when the chant Spend somr fucking money went up, the Fulham financial director looked at Gazidis and said " i think thats for you as our fans know we dont have any money "

There was even a very strong "one Arsene wenger", at the begining of the 1st half. Hate him or love him, When the Arsenal story is told he will still be a hero to many.

To me also. Legend of the club but his time has been & gone. Too many people are hung up on him being our Ferguson and could just keep going and going at the same club. It wasn't to be and their is no shame in that tbh, the only shame will be if he lingers around long enough to have to be forced out.

Hero to me. The way he came in, organised the team and gave them real focus. And the way he made Arsenal entertaining, and made them into WINNERS - It was fantastic and will always stay with me.

But look at Wenger over the past 6 years - its not the same Wenger. And I hate this Wenger. Real shame that he has let this happen.... but this is what happens when someone becomes so stubborn. They themselves cannot see it.
