New York Red Bulls match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It doesn't sound like I missed much today.

My enthusiasm for watching any Arsenal game has never been lower...and I really dislike half the team!

Wenger will NEVER be sacked. It's a case of the tail wagging the dog.

Everytime that the cameras panned around them, there they were with their phones, and video cameras. WATCH THE FUCKING GAME!!!
Fair enough,a lot of them did Henry proud, but apart from that, they were just a bunch of tourists that would have probably been just as happy with upper circle tickets for Mama Mia!!!
The highlights for me were the performances of Gervinho,Frimpong, and Rosicky,(who gave us a glimpse of the promise that we saw when he first came to the club).

Just got home and there were people in the crowd with Chelsea shirts on. Man Utd shirts. Liverpool shirts. Leicester City shirts. Sheffield Wednesday. West Ham shirt. Barcelona , Inter Milan .Newcastle and Cardiff City shirts on!!
Fucking hell. Those people must have been really hot.

It's only Emirates Cup weekend, you can't expect my gags to be as superior as in the regular season. I'm only running on 60% here.

SPOT ON!

Especially that bit.

15 year anniversary of ARSENE FC is coming up, on the 30th September/1st October.

:barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Wonder what the Club have planned for that? A new shirt? Another Arsene Wenger Day?

Looking at the fixtures, it seems that Wenger's 15 year anniversary falls in between...

Sept 27/28th UEFA Champions League, Matchday 2
or possibly...
Sept 29th. UEFA Europa League group stage, Matchday 2.

And then...
Oct. 2nd Barclays Premier League, Away, Tottenham Hotspur .
