R.I.P Amy Winehouse

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Apparently George Best was over the moon when he heard a winehouse was coming to heaven.

No sympathy for this spoilt brat whatsoever. I do however feel sorry for her parents.

Whilst up at 3am with my baby last night, I watched a Later w/ Jools Holland special on Winehouse. It was about 6 songs played chronologically. At first in her early years her voice is superb; brilliant control and range, a real jazz talent.

Once it goes into her Back to Black era w/ beehive, the reduction in quality due to drink and drugs is remarkable. Lazy with her voice, not even trying, just mumbling through monotone hits like Rehab.

Pity really.
