Given we can expect injruies / suspensions / rotation it doesn't seem unreasonable to have 3 quality players to play CB. Far rather that than having to play any of our other supposed centre backs on a regular basis.

Yep sure whatever. It looks to me you are reading random stuff of twitter.

We know he is around London Colney. He is training there.

How he has personal terms done if we have no agreement with Bolton is anyones guess?

Unless it comes from Gary Cahill himself in the last five minutes I dont believe it.

If (big IF) there’s any truth to it in the first place maybe we were just agreeing terms etc so that if the Mertesacker deal falls through for some reason the Cahill one can be pushed through in time instead? And if Mertesacker passes his medical then we back out of the Cahill deal. :?

It's hilarious to hear people getting excited at the prospect of quality transfers coming in. Shit is real desperate....still never mind, we got the number 9 we all wanted after all these years of waiting post-Henry!!!! YOUNG KOREAN FROM LIGUE 2 FRANCE YEEEEEEEEAH! Sell LOADSA SHIRTS AND AFC CREDIT CARDS WOOOO-HOOO!

All about da benjamins for Stupid Stan Kronkut and Imbecile Ivan Gazidis.

The sticking point seems to have been the price. Bolton seem to be playing a bit of a dangerous game here, he could just go for nothing next year. I would say 10-12 mil for him is fair.

Not unreasonable but personally I would much rather spend that 12m-14m on a strong defensive midfielder and having kos as back up. For me we have too many gaps in this starting 11 to be in a position to spend that type of money on a back up and as I say I would rather sign a strong dm or a striker like benzema

To be fair it's probably quite hard for a ductchman to understand the representatives from Aberdeen, and vice versa.

Cahill deal not defo off! Could very well go through IMO. Remember in 2009 Arshavin...SSN reported that he'd flown back to Zenit and he was signing his contract!!! :barscarf: :barscarf:
