Yeah but that allows them to focus on the league which is a VERY VERY VERY bad thing!
We have to concentrate on winning our games.

the results show you anyone can beat anyone on the day.

I love this club and firmly believe we can do it. At the start of every season ask me if we can go not just undefeated but win every game and I'll say yes. Cos when we line up against whoever I always belive we can win, so in theory this adds up to us winning every game. In realtiy it never works out like that. But as down as I feel now, once 5:15pm comes 15th March I'll be behind the boys, not waiting for another bad result, and if it does go that way I'll be watching till the final whistle. 9 wins from 9? We've done it before and can again!!
8) 8) 8)

NOW THAT'S THE RIGHT SPIRIT!! 8)

Atmoshpere was great today, nice to see RVP back again.
Phillipe "Skillz" Senderos had a cracking game today IMO, shame the same couldn't be said about Fabregas (granted, he was playing out of position), Hleb (shades of last season with his constant giving the ball away) and Gilberto (what can I say - he's off the pace, lazy and he's had his day :( )

Shame about the result, but at the end of the day we got what we deserved.

And a note for any Wigan fans who were singing the Eduardo "he'll never play again" chants:
You are idiotic c**ts and your club has no place in the Premiership.

Shit ground. No fans.
Yeah just got back also, atmosphere was pretty good, Wigan poor support apart from the fuckin england great escape song they kept repeating  not got any of your own songs? Eduardo song was a disgrace also

Team looked unbalanced, the pitch was crap but at the end of the day we just weren't good enough...I don't think it's all over though as when it comes down to the crunch game at Old trafford I think we will win

Spent most of the walk back to the car laughing at some of the wigan shops, looked like a time warp back to the eighties  who buys a 2nd hand fridge at 6pm on a sunday out of a DODGY looking shop!!??

big up all the gooners who made the trip and sung their hearts out!

I was there today , and i think the atmosphere was good but not at its best - bit like the players! I just hope that we can put a few wins together to keep the pressure up, im sure we can.

As for Wigan fans today, appalling! Their Chants about eddie were disgraceful and to celebrate like that for a point is shocking. Dont get me started about the pitch .. As you all can gather - Nice place Wigan  haha

Just got back from the game. Thought We were utterly shit, lets not beat around the bush. Yes the pitch was an utter disgrace and we had just come off an epic and tiring victory in the CL but that doesnt excuse the serious lack of creation and spirit shown today. It was a case of hoofing it up to a totally out of sorts Adebayor and then being locked out by a wigan team who worked their asses off and got what they deserved. We had two glorious chances and the reality is those have to be converted if you want to be champions. Bendtner once again was utter toss and Gilberto showed that he just doesnt cut it anymore in the top level. RVP and Kolo couldnt make an impact on the game and the reality now is regardless of whether Chelsea and Man U lost in the cup or not you would be foolish to think they will go into the league and drop points or play like they did over this weekend. The reality is and ive said this for weeks that if we are going to win the league we are going to have to beat Chelsea and Man U away. One team hasnt lost at home in almost 4 years. The other is utterly lethal at home and has already tonked us 4-0. This is a great great team which i believe will make the future one so so special but right now i would not put any money on bringing silverware home this season.

In response to the atmosphere i was near the front and me and my mate steve were constantly singing but the left side at the front was tragic and we were surrounded by people who refused to sing once the whole game. One of the worst away atmospheres of the season as far as im concerned. alot of fans screaming about our performance and im one of them but the difference is me and some of the lads actually got behind the team. Very dissapointing considering we had 5000

Alarming fact is that Arsenal may well only loss one Premier League game all season and still win nothing

Too many drawn games against 'inferior" opposition, just like last year, will see our title challenge go up in smoke

Maybe yet another trophiless year will eventually persuade the boss to go out and buy the quality we so obviously lack on days like today

San Siro heroes to rugby pitch zeroes :x

Sorry but two seasons ago we totally outsang them - 60% of the fans at the game today were shite and only knew three songs! Sorry if that offends people but the truth often does.
