The Banner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Hope your votes go for 'Petit Pute'!
Personally I like the one that read "Red-Uction - Supplying Sombreros to Numpties"

Nice attempt to divert the attention from your own shortcomings.

We designed a banner, got it made, kept our big mouths shut, and displayed it at the appropriate time : I can put togther some instructions for you, if you like : It's simple really.

The Cook (spot the deliberate spelling mistake in your username)......

I donated to a banner that I've never actually been able to get hold of (not for the want for trying). I didn't take photos of it and put them on the net. I donated money to it in good faith in order to show it at a game. When asked to do something to explain it's reasons, I went on TalkSport and explained the reasons for it. I didn't shirk any responsibilities. So you can effing do one.

RedAction meanwhile have got the clout of a poodle. You were set up to improve the atmosphere. What you did instead was back the current board once they'd cleverly brought you "inside". That Banner slagging off Usmanov was the nail in your coffin. You can never be taken seriously after that. You were influenced by the Club to back the board as they made you feel special. Now you can never criticise them, because your cards are on the table. And the cards you have shown amount to little more than a pair of 7s...... 7 years without a trophy, and £7m million per year for Arsene.

Get back in the kitchen. Or is it too hot in there?

But I've just seen this thread on AFC Forum from our good old friend. Apparently by finishing 3rd Wenger has proved us wrong and a fair few agree with him. Is this a sign of how far we have fallen? Who is behind Wenger's continuation as Manager? Are you giving him one last chance? Or is he God in your eyes forever?

I still think a great chance was missed to perhaps change the course of the history of the club. We will never know just what bearing the banner would have had on results, had it been shown.
One thing cannot be denied, Wenger was on the ropes and the media were waiting to deliver the knockout blows had results gone against him.
I for one would be in a much more positive frame of mind, had he been forced out, even at the expense of clge football next season. Atleast we could have realistic hope of change, something I fear we are resigned to being denied for another two years.

Were the Red Action boys also responsible for the 'Real Fans Have Patience' banner and march? Or was that another group
