If that's the case then what's the fucking point? :banghead: I suppose it fits well into an AKB's armoury to come out with something like that, you know what I mean though, the teams from 2002 and 2004, let's put it this way, should have done alot better than they did, and there's only one man to blame for that!!!

15 seasons in Cl and only 1 final appearance says it all we are only in it for the money never going to win it with the present manager

1 final and only 2 semi finals. Pathetic record.

Exactly fucking disgraceful for a club like arsenal and yet everytime hes questioned on it he brings up the 15 seasons in the CL which means fuck all if we are not competing

Sort of, yes.

But considering we've been in it 15 years in a row, we've been surprisingly unproductive i.e. 1 final - just like Leverkusen did from less attempts. And, of course, Liverpool and Valencia each made 2 finals in that time... again, from less attempts.

And in those 15 years, the winners have been Real Madrid (3), Barca (3), United (2), Milan (2), Inter (1), Bayern Munich (1), Chelsea (1), Liverpool (1) and Porto (1).

So basically, all the major players over the last 15 years have won it apart from us. The only other team I'd say missing from that list is Juventus... and they've had demotion to get in their way.

So yes, 15 years in a row is impressive, but 1 final and no wins from that is a poor return, I'd say.

And when you consider how much quality we had during the early naughties (especially compared to Liverpool, Leverkusen and Porto), then I'd conclude that we have definitely underachieved in europe under Wenger.

As I've said before, if Wenger had anything about him he would have won the CL by now, how many times has he qualified for it? It's his 'proud record' of having qualified for it for 15 or 16 seasons on the trot, but so what? If you're not going to win it why fucking bother? The only point is to fill the club's coffers every season, filling it so they don't spend it! Filling coffers with expensive season tickets and general tickets, so they don't spend it! Earning 3 million every home game, so they don't spend it! The only ones getting rich is the board, Wenger, with his obscene wage and the shit players HE puts on long contracts and big wages.

Anyway, Thanks Arsene for letting Chelsea be the London's first winners and this isn't down to Roman Abramovich but down to Wenger and his shit tactics and poor record in Cup finals and semi finals.

This.... agreed, it is a very pathetic record, but a record that HE is proud of.

I don't like the local league, it's really shit. And Rio without the Maracanã is a very bad place to attend matches anyways, so if you decide to go, i'd advise you to try it somewhere else
