Been watching alot of documentaries about it lately. Seen most of them before. It's still hard to believe it actually happened at times. Terrible day. :(

RIP John McCarthy

Port Adelaide's John McCarthy dies in Las Vegas.
PORT Adelaide has confirmed the AFL player found dead in Las Vegas today is 22-year-old John McCarthy.

Club chief executive Keith Thomas told a press conference this afternoon it was believed McCarthy fell from a building. :shock:

RIP Tadahiro Matsushita

Tadahiro Matsushita (February 9, 1939 – September 10, 2012) was a Japanese politician and five-time member of the House of Representatives of Japan. He has been involved in government since 1962 when he joined the Ministry of Construction. At the time of his death, he was the Minister of State for Financial Services.

RIP Sergio Livingstone

Serjio Roberto Livingstone Pohlhammer (26 March 1920 – 11 September 2012), known as Sergio Livingstone, was a Chilean goalkeeper, who later became a well regarded journalist. He was nicknamed "El Sapo" ("The Toad") for his typical posture in the goal mouth. From 1938–59 he played primarily for CD Universidad Católica in Santiago. With Chile he took part in seven South American Championships and one World Cup.

Las Vegas police say that CCTV show McCarthy drunk on the roof of a hotel trying to jump into the top of a palm tree. (foxsports)
Imagine your job is to watch CCTV footage to watch someone die, terrible.
