I just have a problem getting all worked up about some "new" middle east boogie man. You have to remember that the whole "where were the WMD's in Iraq" issue is still a touchy one, at least over here in the states.
The only point I was getting at is it seems to me that every few years we need to be reminded that Iran is still over there and they're STILL trying to build the bomb and we should do something about it. As soon as the next season of American Idol starts, they'll forget...they're sheep.

Thing is Iran are no invented bogeyman, they have actively fought USA/Israel since 1979 through terrorism, plus they supply the IEDS that have been used against UK troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I dont doubt it, I'm just usually suspicious when governments start beating war drums. Special operations and intelligence services can handle the job quite adequately.

CIA/Mossad/MI6 have been on it for years.
But it seems the limits of what they can do are fast approaching, and a military strike may be needed.
Not seen any calls for a mass ground war though, just for missile strikes and special forces operations.
