Can Oscar do an OJ

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

I am disgusted how this case has been played out in the media before the trial has even started. In this country applications for bail are held in chambers with only the judge and the prosecution and defence barristers in court. No defendant,no family, no members of the public and no media are allowed in court. What happened this week was a media circus played out in a courtroom. Can you imagine camera crews in Court 1 at the Bailey? British justice is often rightly criticised but it will never stoop the the levels of what happened in South Africa this week

Agree. There is also zero need for the allegations and evidence to be put before the court and analysed during a bail hearing. The strength of the prosecution case has nothing to do with whether or not someone should be granted bail in itself.

Oscar's facing a murder charge. The lead investigating cop is up on an attempted murder charge, Oscar's brother is on an unlawful killing charge. What the fuck is going on out there!

Not too sure myself, but I'm sure it will be a hell of a film on 2 years time.
