Personally couldn't care less as long as they cough up the dough. I'd wear Gola if it meant our more money for our warchest

Gola produced great kits for melchester rovers back in the 70's and 80's so don't mock them 8)

Puma not as prestigious a brand as Nike or adidas but the almighty dollar reigns supreme these days.

Hasn't it always? - I wasn't aware money and wealth was such a recent development in the world.

Am I the only one who would welcome this with open arms? Puma gear is top quality and I always liked their style of kit. German gear so it has to be good and were Puma not the foundation stone for Adidas!?!

Look forward to seeing our new kits and Nike can go to the rest home along with their great love Fergie :barscarf:

you can say Wenger hasn't spent well but not that he hasn't spent
without sales we'd have run at a loss almost every year since Highbury

I'm sure lots of our boards 'financial prudence' may stem from self interest
but they haven't taken money from the club in dividend form - yes increased share prices help
but the reality is the board are not currently selling shares (or Usmanov would be in control)

I point this out not to defend them but because if they DO take money out
I want our fans to be a baying pack of pitchfork wielding monsters
not a shrugging group of meh'ers saying, ho hum more of the same

From Wiki:

Puma SE (officially branded as PUMA) is a major German multinational company that produces athletic shoes, footwear, and other sportswear headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. The company was formed in 1924 as Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik by Adolf and Rudolf Dassler. The relationship between the two brothers deteriorated until the two agreed to split in 1948, forming two separate entities, Adidas and Puma. Both companies are currently based in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Puma and Adidas entered a fierce and bitter rivalry after the split. The town of Herzogenaurach was divided on the issue, leading to the nickname "the town of bent necks"—people looked down to see which shoes strangers wore.

Anyhow it's quite an interesting read.

There is not one thing wrong with that image, why does respect for tradition always have to mean dull and boring :?
