Victims FC to win the League, or who else will?

Get Usmanov in and 300k at City or Arsenal makes no difference.

Also they can't but everyone. The way I see it is, we need to join the elitist party that City, Man Utd, PSG, Monaco, Madrid and Barca are all part of.

Bayern don't need to because they bully any of their domestic rivals that so much as farts at them.

Oh Please no Liverpool winning the title, they try and make it a milestone in british history, and we'll have to pledge alligence to Liverpool FC

City win it and no surprises, no nothing.

Not going to be able to replicate that with those extra fixtures imo.
you've become too Arsene-ised NB, other clubs can buy players in this thing called the transfer window that apparently runs from June 1st or something until August 30th, when the Arsene transfer window opens and closes....

if they get CL football, they're going to get Vertonghen from the spuds who is a step up from Kolo, Stevie me will retire which will make them better, and should united bounce back we will become perennial 5th under our current management structure.

Latest Forbes list has just been published - Usmanov is the 40th-richest bloke in the world, three times richer than Kroenke and double what Abramovich is worth.

They'll undoubtedly spend some cash but Suarez is as always likely to try and force a move even if they get 3rd or 4th. Besides, Rodgers hasn't exactly got an unblemished record with his signings.

We are a prime example of the strenuous demands of the CL - do you think it's a coincidence that last two years our form has picked up and become far more consistent after we've exited the CL (and FA Cup) in Feb/early March and fixture congestion has eased? Mark my words, they will not be able to rely on Sturridge and Suarez to drag them to 3 points most weekends and also expect them to do it in CL qualifiers and group stage games.

If the murderers win the league, they'll probably be calls for a national holiday or some other sickly thing. They can fuck right off and in truth, I think I'd rather have the Chavs win it than them and that's saying something. The only team I wouldn't want winning other than the bin dippers is the scum.

Like England winning a major tournament - sickening sickening thought but thankfully a forlorn hope.

since 2006 i think its lucky for us that it has been the spuds that have been the challengers for 4th and the champions league spot. They have the recent history of being perennial bottlers. Had it been liverpool chasing us for the 3/4th spot we would've lost out more often than not. There are some clubs that when they are on a roll just have a habit/ or knowledge in closing out a season. We have the experience of closing out a season for top 4 finish, we will finish 3rd behind chelski n citeh. Liverpool concede too many goals to win league plus they may have some big games at home, but can you see them trouncing city and chavs in the manner they pissed all over us? I certainly can't. In the run in I can see us losing at chavs but we can win the rest including getting a result vs city at home.

The whole thing has a feeling of inevitability about it, with Fergie retiring and the mancs demise, their refusal to sell Suarez to a rival, etc etc.
On paper they aren't good enough, but don't underestimate their luck, and the pressure the media love in will put on officials.
If they are still in touch when they play Citeh and the Chavs at home, then those will be huge games, and if they need a penalty, then be guaranteed Stevie me will get one.

The team that wins the title normally has two very good strikers minimum. The exception to this rule over the years is when a team has a fantastic defence that grinds out results.......

Liverpool have a good chance of winning the league because Sturridge and Suarez are scoring lots of goals and Suarez never seems to be injured!! Jeez how different would that be if he had come to Arsenal!!?? Chelsea may win it because they can grind out boring results under Maureenio, City could win it because they score shit loads despite having a dodgy defence.

Arsenal - never had a chance with just Giroud up front. Not a chance. 4th place at best, maybe 5th place for Wonga's pussies.

Please, please GOD NO...It would be un-fucking-bearable in Ireland if they won it. 2005 Istanbul was so hard to listen to but this would be worse. If Liverpool win the Premier League I will apply for football asylum in London. But as stated above do not underestimate their luck.. It was there in Istanbul and also very much on the way to Istanbul in 05..it was there in 06 in Cardiff against West Ham, against Cardiff in the 2012 League Cup Final and lets never forger 2001 in Cardiff. It is a very possible but a sickening thought.

Good point..how many have they got recently ? Mostly correct decisions but with the exception of the Ox on in the cup they are now getting them. Doesn't always happen for other teams. May have something got to do with their portraying Suarez as a victim earlier in the season after not getting a few borderline calls.

The very thought of stevie me lifting the trophy aloft makes me feel sick. Then having to listen to their fans, would make the entire summer unbearable.
The ludicrous outburst of euphoria will be sickening if somehow they do. We know how the Scousers love their mythologization, so we'll never hear the end of it, especially in Belfast where I am. At least with Chelsea and Man City, it's no big deal because they've both won it recently.

It also means there'll be no hiding place for Wenger, if a relative novice like Rodgers can take Liverpool from 7th to 1st and beat the "financially doped" powerhouses of Man City and Chelsea.
