We are ravaged by injury - take the equivalents of Ramsey, Walcott, wilshere and Ozil away from any top side and they will struggle.
Injuries i think will ultimately cost us, but how can anyone be downbeat beating the scum - for the third time, wihtout conceding a goal.
£110m is a heafty price for 60% possession in one game and no shots on target.
I understand that, but how many of those players would have started yesterday and instead of who ? For me it would be the very same as saying that you are citing the absence of 4 players all of which are centre backs when the reality is that only 2 of them would have been playing anyway - all 4 of the absent players are midfielders so at most 2 of them would have started (instead of podolski and ??).
Downbeat ?? I doubt if you will find a Gooner that is downbeat - backs to the wall is, for Gooners my age anyway, the traditional Arsenal (despite what many wenker era fans would have you believe

) so from that regard everything was great but the concern for me was that we had some players that were absolutely abysmal and wenker could neither recognise that nor change it

I have continually argued that this was THE season that we could, for all our weaknesses, have won that league - people can try and make bullshit excuses about the wealth of citeeh and the chavs but the reality is that, with a top striker and a tactically astute manager, that league was ours for the taking but as long as we have le cock in charge then we will never be all we can be
