Let's All Laugh At Man Utd! (Merged thread)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Don't know, but apparently some 'senior players' went crying to him at his house yesterday...

So he's gone. Good luck to him. Won't feel too sorry for him because a multi-million pound pay out will cushion the fall. Shame the circus is over for now.

Yes, it's official now!

I have to admit that I feel a bit sorry for him. Following Ferguscum was always going to be a poisoned chalice.

Yeah I too feel sorry for him, I am sure he half expected it though tbh.

Van Gaal overwhelming favourite for me. Will steady the ship and even if they aren't competing straight away when he goes in 2 or 3 years' time they'll be back there or thereabouts. Will be able to motivate and attract players as much as anyone else in that role.

Not surprised to see loads of their moronic glory hunters demanding Class of 92 appointments. We've just appointed somebody who despite a good managerial career for the last decade and a half in England wasn't up to the United job, let's appoint a team who have no qualifications or management experience.

It was good while it lasted.

I've just learned that we have many united fans in my country. The same minute as Moyes out news was published, there was an earthquake. I bet they were jumping too much
