As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yes do you think arsenal would miss the opportunity not to make more money, the lower tier will be open with screens round the pitch. I doubt they will let you take beers into the stand mind. Not the same as being at wembley, if I didnt have a ticket I would go to redaction in the Holloway Road.
I'll be in the Rocket with junior and a few others... I cannot justify paying a fortune for me and junior via other means to be at Wembley, and I know the pub will be seriously rocking come match day with it being full of proper gooners!

the club gave everyone chance to group 10 together which gave opportunity to double up even as a 4 and get 2 .
the 2nd ballot mentioned is happening via the standby group already announced- what will happen is that the tickets not taken up by sunday 10 am (presume the pairs offered singles ) will then be offered on ballot basis to the standbys and then if still some left it will go to the further standbys that didn't get in the standby ballot announcement next wed 7th may !
e.g. if 1000 left and 2000 on standby , half will then get a successful, if they don't all take up then likely be offered to the other 1000 on standby that were unlucky on part 1 of the standby ballot.
i think the original unsuccessful should not dream the unexpected of a further offering

Agreed, I don't think many people who have been successful in the ballot will give up on a ticket. It will probably be no more than a few hundred. Even if people cant make the game, they will either sell onto mates or try to make a fast buck.
My silver membership hasn't got a chance and I've decided not to pay £600 or whatever it'll be off a tout.
But I am coming down though and staying at my aunts in hampstead, wouldn't miss this for the anything. I was just wondering where it'll be better to watch the final, a pub around the Emirates or a pub around Wembley? :/

Definitely not Wembley. I would say pub around Arsenal, but think some are ticket only. We sometimes drink in the Eaglet, but fairly sure they are charging something like a tenner (apologies though if they're not!!!).
