Maybe someone like Hull? Especially if they qualify for the Europa. That's the type of club I'd think could give him a go. Or Sunderland? Scocco gone, Wickham potentially leaving, Altidore shit, Borini still not done....
Even at one of the worst clubs in the league he is going to be at very best 3rd choice in a side not playing in Europe. To be brutally honest they would probably say he's no better than any young players they have or what they could pick up on a free.
The guy is not going to cut it at Arsenal as long as I've got a hole in my arse.

yes it is. we can afford people easily. why not spend before and effectively guarantee CL.
we have plenty of ring fenced transfer cash regardless of cl riches. (or not riches as we never get that far so dont earn anywhere near as much as our supposed competitors)
Because it doesnt work like championship manager.
wow, you manged to type that yourself, or was that even copied or pasted too??
you dont seem to understand. we have a 'war chest' of cash ring fenced fro transfers. this is widely reported and acknowledge by the club. we have recouped a fair bit of money this summer too, sagnas large wages have dropped off too. we have plenty of transfer spend left if we want it, reghardless of cl or not

We run the club sustainably - and nobody can say we havnt spent money this close season!
Besides, would the likes of Khedeira come if we wernt in the CL with offers from the likes of Bayern?
and rightly so, but we have recouped money too, so our sepnd is not as high as it may seem. likewise we are being told we have all this cash y the club themselves, and the figures bandied around suggest there is pklenty left in the ring fenced transfer kitty regarldess of CL money.
if the club actually has pretensions to challenge for th title you dont pussy foot around and hold off until CL is secured beofre spending. you get your squad in place and settled and familiarised asap.

Disagree - the modern day AFC have ambitions to do the bare minimum and never has it be summed up more than in the "not signing some players until champs lge qualification is assured" If you feel confident that you will make it through the qualifiers, then you buy now so that you start the season in a positive manner and on the front foot - if you dont feel confident of making it through the qualifiers with your current squad then you surely try to improve by buying now especially having spent the past number of years preaching about the importance of this cunting competition There is no logical explaination for waiting to spend the money until qualifying for the group stages is confirmed and I cant believe that there are fans out there repeating this jibberish without thinking about how ridiculous that idea really is

eh? do you mean agree? as we have written the same thing effectively!
That is a very good starting 11 with a lot of depth (although perhaps we could do with another defender)
Welcome 5-2-3, Topgoon likes your optimism and agrees we could do with another defender. But disagrees, Khedira is not coming.
Anyway enjoy the forum fully expect the happiness and optimism to get brow beaten out if you.
Don't hang out with 1989, he's on day release and keeps overdosing on bloody happy pills. banghead
Greengooner wonders why topgoon has started posting in the third person, a practice normally reserved for nut jobs
Red Snapper wondered that too. He (Red Snapper) remembers that the third person thing was a favourite tactic of now banned former poster Radford 147. Nut job indeed!

I dont agree with it and I dont like it but its not hard to grasp, Arsenal 'The business' not the 'Football club' waits until CL Qualification is secured before spending extra, like we can all agree this year is a bit different to last or the years before so it is a bit annoying but its not hard to understand or if it is you have to get back in the real world.
Arsenal is a business before a football club now and theres no point pretending its not or trying not to understand how that business operates.

City own NYC FC so it sounds like some sort of tax dodge to me. Perhaps City have signed him on loan to avoid wage costs or something or perhaps its just to keep Lampard fit in England before season.
