Anderlecht at home

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It'll be interesting (NOT) to hear all his feeble excuses......I hope it is Jackie Oatley that interviews him !!

I reckon it will be 7-1 on aggregate against Real Madrid, 4-1 against Atletico or 6-0 against Bayern. The chumps league is so far out of our reach that the only interesting part of it these days is seeing which team can make Wanker look like the clueless *word censored* he is once the knockouts get under way.

Can you imagine the reaction of our pampered precious players, when they get kicked and bullied all over the pitch by athletico Madrid ?

Imagine le cock squaring up to simeone on the sidelines ? The argie would kill him in a heartbeat   :barscarf: :barscarf:

Many problems all over the place. I'm so angry right now, and I promised myself I wouldn't get angry with this team anymore.

Ramsey was utter dogshit again, but gets left on. Ox ran them ragged, gets taken off. Nice one, Arsene.

Mert was owned by their sub from the first touch when they shaped up to each other. He really is a big soft pussy. Nacho was suckered into the penno with the oldest striker's trick in the book; get tight to the CH and turn into him. Blammo! Penalty. FFS my kid knows that trick!

I know it's an easy out, but we looked unsettled and rattled from the minute Arteta went of and Captain Stupid came on. Arteta is past his sell by, we all agree, but he did the simple things mostly right tonight. His positioning was mostly spot on. El Capitano Stupido? Running all over the shop like a headless retarded chicken on speed. He offers no cover to the CH's because he gets dragged all over the gaff like a dog's arse with worms. :x

Did I mention Ramsey was utter dogshit? The fucking backheels, every pass attempted with the outstep, every ball attempted as a killer ball whether it was on or not, always taking the difficult option. Compare to Fabregas. Keeps it simple, does the right thing rather than the Hollywood thing. Guess who will have a PL winners medal next May? :(

We will never hold onto Sanchez. He is far too good for Arsene FC. :(

Campbell was not on the bench, it might be that he is ill as there is a bug in the squad.

But he is one who from what I have seen of him has a bit of fight and a bit of bite, so why not give him a game?

Same for Coquelin, who has gone on a month's loan.

But Cazorla showed little, and has looked a bit off recently, so rest him.

Ramsey needs game time though.

As much as Sanchez is leading us by the bootstraps, why play him another 90 minutes?
The way he runs around he is in danger of being overplayed.
Give Akpom some game time.
Stop it,your killing me.

How many games down through the years have we drawn or even lost by conceding last minute goals because we have 6 or 7 players rushing up the field attacking? Fucking tactically inept by the gormless turnip. I can't take this anymore.

Anfield 2012
Udinese 2011. Both were brilliant saves to be fair.

Loads of Anderlecht fans in the east upper, to my right, weird, kept quiet all game until they equalised. Club officials or fans?

From BBC Twitter feed: Harry Partridge: Disappointing result, but not only can Arsenal still easily qualify, but topping the group isn't inconceivable!

Gotta admire some people's optimism! Pack him off back to the funny farm

Scratching my head because Anderlecht were crap for 60 mins and then suddenly pissed all over us on the right side especially. Monreal is not a centre back, but then we all knew that anyway. Sigh, Anderlecht fans were very entertaining, they probably could've taken all of those police that stood in a gang for a while.

This team ain't good enough. Any excuses is like coating feaces with sugar and pretending they are edible. Wenger is out of ideas and has to go.....NOW
