The FA Cup Final: The Arsenal v A.Villa

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The closer we get to this im very worried. If sense prevails and walcott starts then i think we will stuff them, but Arsene knows best so Giroud will start, and be as effective as a burst rubber. Villa will play a pressing game, so its important to have pace inside and we will get fuck all of that with Giroud up fornt. Giroud hasnt scored since L'pool at home and again shows Wenger doesnt pick players based on form. Even if Walcott is leaving in the summer, surely a big performance would at least add to his price tag, but i doubt he will get the chance tomorrow. Still hoping for the best, COYG :barscarf:

Also make sure you give her one - before the rest of the groms rellies pile in - Uncles, Brothers, Cousins, Her & His Father etc - It is something of a long standing (or bent over) tradition in Twonk Land.

We can't be doing with any Fagot efforts in this game, we need to go out like gladiators not a load of tippy tappy nonces otherwise we will get butt fecked by Villa. They will have been eating raw meat for the last month and watching the braveheart film, non stop, no surrender yea fooking tossers and believe me they WILL be up for this. That's why we desperately need a spine to this team the only animal we have is Coquelin he will have to work his socks off this day and make no mistake. I just hope the rest of the bottlers put in a good shift, otherwise we will end up with sweet Feck all. :cussing:

Really getting nervous now.
Make no mistake about it... villa are shit and sherwood isn't a tactical genius. Unfortunately here is where the problem lies, if we turn up with a superior attitude and think we can stroll it...we'll be in the shit. Timmy is an impact manager who gets teams fired up on the short term but will ultimately be found out over a season....but they will be massively pumped up tomorrow.

If we come out with the right attitude ....i predict 3-1 to The Arsenal :barscarf:
If we don't. ..i predict me being in a sleazy club somewhere in London, paying eastern European women money to show me their tits, in a vain attempt to cheer myself up.

I'm staying in tonight so I'm feeling good for tomorrow, will probably struggle to sleep though (does that ever leave you before a cup final?).

Enjoy the day as much as possible wherever your watching it fellow gooners.

Come on Arsenal!!!!!

If anyone wants to get hold of one, W.H. Smiths are selling the Cup Final programme. :barscarf:

Similar feelings here, mate. Dreading it but also can't wait. LOVE the FA Cup Final. 8) :barscarf:

I think Agent Timmy The Lone Hero will believe his own myth about his tactical savvy and sit deep hoping to soak us up and hit us on the break with AgonglaWHORE or set pieces with Benteke beasting the Big German Vagina. And I think if we fall into that trap we will tippy tappy our way to a one nil loss tbh... :|

I'm hoping he starts Feo Feo and we take it to them at pace. 8)

For the unfortunate plebs not going to Wem-ber-lee, where is everyone watching this ?

12pins last year was brilliant, if a little OTT.

Fuck me some of you lot are pussies. There isn't half the pressure of last year when it was perfectly understandable that we could have imploded.

Just enjoy tomorrow ffs. And if you are going, give it large for the team.

Shitting myself in case it all goes horribly wrong :?

Last year was a whisker away from disaster.

And we have a manager who thinks tactics are a little plastic box with little mints in.

Play Theo up the middle ffs!

Wouldn't mind Theo wide right (as opposed to Ramsey or any other alternative, assuming Ox won't walk straight back in) but given he scored a hat trick, you have to play him somewhere from the off, to give Villa something to think about all game long and give us an outlet for a through ball occasionally as opposed to tiptoeing through the tulips.
